Training takes place every Wednesday from 8pm until 10pm.
Lessons cost £8 per session. Your first lesson is free to allow you to experience the class and to see if you like the training with no loss to you.
Membership: £30 for first year, including insurance and syllabus
Membership: £20 per year after first year including insurance.
Classes cater for mixed ability and experience of martial arts and no previous training is required. For your first lesson you are advised to wear comfortable clothes that assist with movement such as a lose t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms. Light trainers are also advisable as bulky footwear will impede movement.
Students are accepted from ages 16 and over.

SUMMER TRAINING
Our training during the summer involves outdoor work. This uses a location in Felsted. Training from June until August each year does not take place within our dojo.
